two week written notice ( not an email) prior to the class or program, your donation is non refundable. If you paid with a credit card a 6% processing fee will be taken from your refund, plus a $75 administrative cost. If for some reason you aren't able to make a certain Aloha Experience you may apply your donation to another future Aloha Experience if availability and our calendar allows.We
HIGHLY recommend getting TRIP INSURANCE to cover your Aloha Experience donation, if you for some reason you can't come in as scheduled. This is entirely up to you as the client but it will help you possibly recover your retreat donation from the insurance in case of cancellation during our two week prior notice cut off for retreat refunds. Life happens, be prepared for last minute surprises!
